1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to UrTravel Experts. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile application, and other customer interface channels (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

By accessing, browsing, or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

For the purpose of these Terms:

• “User”, “You”, or “Your” refers to any person accessing or using the Platform

• “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to UrTravel Experts

• “Services” include booking of hotels, flights, trains, buses, cabs, holiday packages, and any other travel-related offerings

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract to use our Services. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. SCOPE OF SERVICES

UrTravel Experts acts as an intermediary between Users and service providers such as airlines, hotels, bus operators, cab providers, railways, and other vendors.

We facilitate bookings but do not own, operate, or control the services provided by third-party suppliers.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using our Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

• Ensure all traveler details are correct before confirming a booking

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the respective service providers

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes

• Not misuse, copy, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATIONS

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service provider

• A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received and confirmation is generated

• UrTravel Experts reserves the right to cancel or reject bookings due to incorrect information, suspected fraud, or technical errors

Booking confirmations are communicated via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or in-app notifications.

6. PRICING & PAYMENTS

• Prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice

• Final prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

• Payments must be made using approved payment methods

• UrTravel Experts is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party systems

7. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS

• Cancellation and modification policies are governed by the respective service provider

• Refund amounts (if applicable) will be processed after deducting cancellation charges and service fees

• Refund timelines depend on the payment method and service provider

• UrTravel Experts is not liable for delays caused by banks or payment gateways

8. VISA & DOCUMENTATION

If visa assistance or documentation services are requested:

• Approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the concerned embassy/authority

• UrTravel Experts does not guarantee visa approval

• Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete documents

9. FORCE MAJEURE

UrTravel Experts shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, technical failures, or airline/hotel disruptions.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• UrTravel Experts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the service fee charged for the booking in question

Service providers are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and delivery of their services.

11. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Users may post reviews, ratings, images, or videos. By doing so, you grant UrTravel Experts a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use such content for promotional and operational purposes.

We reserve the right to remove content that is misleading, offensive, or violates applicable laws.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, software, and designs, is the property of UrTravel Experts and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

13. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

UrTravel Experts reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access without notice if:

• These Terms are violated

• Fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected

• Required by law or regulatory authorities

14. PRIVACY

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

16. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

UrTravel Experts reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
